#1: Good Company: Today's meet

I hung out with ~celeyo and clarex_ama@LJ in London today! It was a lot of fun. We wandered from the Strand through Covent Garden and through to Picadilly where we bought some presents, and then went round Regent's street and into Soho, and then back again to Picadilly. Walked all the way to Green park and then took the tube to South Ken and rested at ~rosiael's flat, helping everyone there to prepare for the Blitz party.

Then, we went to the South Ken creperie and had a nice dinner, and then a friendly waiter who saw us doodling our 40's style girls (thank you for letting me keep them!!) and made a rather odd comment about them. (Very French, let's say). We said that if he gave us a discount, we'd draw a picture for him. He misheard that as we'd draw a picture OF him, but we agreed anyway and I took a stab at a portrait. He seemed happy with it and gave us £8 off! HAHAHA EPIC. I'm a little dazed that it happened.

I didn't bring my camera. I sort of wish I did I need to get photos from you, ~celeyo!!!!



#2: Summer with Honda Kiku

Considering I haven't updated since July, I think I better recap my Japan trip a little. Not much though, the full writeup is on my livejournal. It was a lot of fun and I did a lot of random crap, including going to FujiQ highland (for the haunted hospital), Comiket, the 801 day at Harumi, and Tokyo Tower. What a geek I am.

I still need to go round the whole Yamanote line and do the X tour though. I think I missed a few places. Ikebukuro ate all my money. :T I think I'll be uploading more photos from this trip, though. I had a lot of fun messing around with my camera. Less cosplay, more photography? Does anyone object to this? |||orz Maybe I should just move accounts and abandon these old ones. :T I need to be more organized. What do you guys think? (if you're reading this at all... )
